Well organised and very slick process
Have historically sold 3 cars to this shop.However the service and pricing has diminished. Unless your car is in off the factory line condition then every minor defect will take scary amounts off the valuation. Only a brand new car is perfect. Why not be realistic and offer a serious price rather than waste every ones time ?
Beware!!!! - Took in a four year old car, with low mileage in exceptional condition, so expected very close to the listed price. WBAC's buyer told us the car had filler (amazing - never known magnetic filler before !), and had been resprayed down one side and the back (again - amazing as the "respray" was unidentifiable from the original paint, a rarity). We are the second owner of the car, know the original owner and history of the vehicle. The price got knocked down by over six hundred pounds. Needless to say, we have now renamed them "We don't buy any car". We would give a zero star rating if possible. rip off !!!
After 45 mins - Took 1/3 off value of quote...Typical sales tactics to bring the value of your car down. To get a realistic quote make sure you complete the advanced details of your car online and be overly critical. This will save you significant time.I have given 2 stars as the member of staff was very polite and just doing her job. As I was told "its not for everyone".
