Not sure about why they've had so many bad reviews. Picked up 'vauxhall insignia' for a trip to see giants live in Manchester. Was given a VW estate instead which was lovely and spacious being 6ft7. Guy on desk was very helpful, no issues returning and deposit refunded in timely fashion. Will definitely use again.

All i can say is very unprofessional, arrogant and damn right rude. Had a car delivered late last night tried to force a manual on me because they obviously lied when they said they would be on time. It was specifically requested through motability that it should be an automatic. Beware if you are getting it delivered they expect you to pay for that fuel even though a quarter of a tank was missing he said in a threatening manner it best be full when we get it back or you will get charged awful company defiantly better hire companies out there take pictures for evidence it sounds like im being picky but if you do end up dealing with them then you will see think the guys name was steve.
Very unprofessional and terrible experience! We booked a car for 3 days from 10am, they contacted us the day before at 4.30pm saying the car won't be ready at 10am as we booked, that it will be ready at 12. We've called Europcar to let them know we were on our way there (we were already in the train with bags inclusive to go to pick the car), when then they told us they tried to contacted us during the morning (THEY DID NOT CALL US DURING THE MORNING) to let us know they don't have any car available for us.1. We booked and paid in advance for the car and YOU JUST SIMPLY SAY YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CAR FOR US ON THE SAME DAY WITHOUT NOTICE. 2. You contacted us the day before to go later at 12, promising the car will be ready for us.3. We got an email saying that you are sorry that we cancelled the booking, we DIDN'T CANCEL, YOU DID IT! 4. It'terrible upsetting that you lied to us in that way, we had our phones connected all time as well as you had our email address. NO RECORDS of any call from you the day of the booking or any email.
I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible.Made a booking 10 days in advance. 17.50 the day before hire supposed to commence receive phone call asking if I can pick up in the afternoon when i have booked for 8.30 in the morning. Explained this was not possible as my car was having work done and this was all coordinated for me to get to work.Was told "we don't have a car for you". Shocking to not have it. More shocking to leave it until the end of the day to tell me. Luckily Enterprise rent a car were able to help me. Don't use. Waste of time.
