Took my car for MOT today, excellent service, the gentleman at reception couldn't have been more helpful. I got a phone call to say it was ready for collection, initially it failed on number plate light, they changed the bulb with no labour charge and it passed. The Gent on reception explained the invoice and all in it was 49.78. The 15 year old Jazz keeps going.Many thanks Crabtree for excellent local service.
This garage is EXCELLENT. It's very friendly, polite and professional when dealing with you. It charges reasonable prices and has looked after both my cars now for a couple of years. The thing that makes it stand out however though is that they NEVER do work they dont need to. i.e. they'll find the actual cause of an issue before randomly replacing parts that might have caused the fault (other garages have done this to me looked at broard symptoms, guessed and got it wrong). Cannot recommend them highly enough.
