The practice Needs a bit of tidy up and more customer focused approach in the reception - but dentists are world class I assure you. So look past the decor if you want acess to brilliant dental staff.
Its good when u do finally get to see the hygenist but they very often cancel appointments shortly before and then u have to wait ages to see the hygenist as u have to book so far in advance! Ive now given up and registered with a different dentist.
I once received a brutal experience here. I felt like I was in a horror movie or a torture scene in an action film. I filed a complaint and never returned. AVOID!
What an amazing dental practice, Dr. Megan Alavi is such a nice dentist , who looks after my teeth so well , Nurses are so friendly especially Natalie the practice manager who is always on hand to deal with any queries i have .I no longer fear to go to the dentist. Highly Recommended
