Im very disappointed in this GP surgery, Im pregnant and bed bound with hyperemesis gravidarum, Ive called my doctors every day since Wednesday last week requesting a call back or visit by my GP, the GP has not phoned me back once nor come to see me, I called back the GP surgery to chase my call back / visit only to be told by the receptionist that the GP wont be phoning me as they recommend I go to A&E if Im that ill ! Im absolutely disgusted with the surgery and will be putting in a complaint when Im feeling better, for now all I can do is switch to another GP surgery.
Friendly staff and good service
Terrible customer service from the receptionists. Considering they are the 'face' of the surgery, they are not very friendly or empathetic. Nurses were moaning about other members of staff whilst carrying out my sons' vaccinations. Not at all professional.
Ring to book an appointment for the next morning but told I have to ring back at 08.30 the following dayI do shift work and it's not always possible but get no understanding from the receptionist at allSurely it can't be that much of an issue to look at the following dayThe last appointment I had I had to wait an hour after to get the luxury of being seen for 10mins and that's after people going in first after turning up after me
HAVE THIER OWN CAR PARK BUT ITS FILLED UP BY PEOPLE GOING SHOPING
