Excellent service! I needed a new transmitter as it had got lost (!) by the previous user . As the earlier reviewer said, person answering phone had full knowledge and understanding. I would give 6 stars if possible, the 6th for exceeding expectations.The website is very easy to follow and informativeThe phone is answered by a person, who is polite friendly and helpful ( knows what they are talking about)Ordering is easy, delivery is prompt, products are well made, instructions easy to follow, hence the products do exactly what you want.I have Elite, Mini, &PV meters and 3 plug in meters, and I'm pleased with them allI had a problem with the PV meter( my fault not theirs) they couldn't have been more helpful.
