Terrible, I lost 200.00 in referencing fees back in 2014, when I was trying to rent a two bed flat for me & my family, just because I was agency employed at the time, they didn't warn me that would be a problem prior to taking my 200.00. Not a penny was given back. I hate these organisations, charging such money just to send a couple of emails. So i ended up with no flat and out of pocket. I wish I could give nothing, but one star allows me to post this review. Beware renters, tread carefully!!!! It's only the landlords and letting agents that have the last laugh.
Very professional, plenty of help to both buyer and seller including out of office hours delivery of important documents at their own initiative.
