I have visited this practice since having my pooch he loves it there it's so nice there I are just really nice and always send a reminder should u forget I will really miss the practice when I move next yr they r the best
I have used Northdale vets for many years. They are always very good and they are very caring. When I had to have my cat Minty put to sleep at 18 years old. They could see how upset I was and didn't ask for any payment when I left. They sent a condolence card I received the next day. They left it a month or so before sending me an invoice. I really appreciated this it gave me time to grieve. This was some years ago now and they have cared for several more of my Pets since then. I would highly recommend this practice.
Very good and understanding of a nervous dog due to having had 2 major ops in a year .
