A lovely friendly club, excellent value and good grub.
Pondlife and scum is how I would describe the members and committee of this establishment.Should be exposed for what goes on in there. Fiddle fiddle
Unfortunately I had to give this place a rating just to be able to give a review when it doesnt deserve even a one star .....My mother had many years of being a member here and spent many hours selling poppies for Remembrance Day out in the freezing cold but was happy to do this for a great cause.Sadly my dear mum psssed away on 13 November 2018 so we thought it would be a nice place to hold her wake after her funeral so we booked the room upstairs and payed the deposit.On arriving we were barked at Upstairs no sorry for your loss etcAfter that things went from bad to worse with the bar closing after 3 hours and the so called community members shouting at myself and my family causing us all more heartache after a heart breaking day already.Ive never experienced such a group of vile nasty people in my life and I dont know how they sleep at night after what they did.
A good place to visit very clean and the bar staff was very polite definitely worth a visit
Excellent place for a family get together , I reserved the function room for 20 people and it was superb, staff friendly, courteous and professional. Would heartily recommend to anyone
