Great beers and friendly people. No jukebox, no Sky Sports, yobbo free. I won't drink anywhere else in Lancing.

Great little watering hole wish I lived closer. Very friendly atmosphere and great to have a place this not loud and having flashing gambling machines dotted around. What a proper pub should be. Keep up the good work can't wait to pop in again
Really pleasant watering hole. Very good selection of drinks from ales thru to gins. Friendly vibe where you can actually converse without shouting over music! A few more plus points, games and books on hand and a policy of being able to bring food in to consume. One of my favourite places to relax in Lancing.
