Brilliant. Not that large a gym, but with very friendly staff, that amazing beach view and knowing they're doing their bit for the environment, it's all good!

Very friendly, welcoming gym - so much so I joined & try to go at least 5 times a week. It's well appointed with a good range of equipment.The only times it gets crowded is when the organised classes are running - but these are easily avoided on the whole.On an aesthetic note, you do have great views of the ever changing sea
