I absolutely love this gym, every class I have been to I've felt so good after as the trainers and the people that go there are so lovely, My fitness levels have increased and I have lost so much weight, thank you so much! I would highly recommend people to join! X
Can not recommended this team highly enough! I joined as a member in January with the aim to increase my fitness and with a goal of losing weight to fit in to my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding. The wedding was this weekend and the dress fitted perfectly! A massive thanks to the team for making me feel comfortable and encouraging me along the way!Now to set the next goal!
Made very welcome. Fun classes. Would recommend. The best thing is the Instructor, Martin is more than happy to take the mickey out of himself and waits for you to join in. The more the merrier. We keep going back each week and we are Not gym people.
Love this place..Friendly and non intimidating, great mix of classes available, with some really motivational instructors. Theres even the option of Personal Training. The members are lovely too.Highly recommend it to anyone..
Absolutely fantastic family run business. Would highly recommend joining to people of all ages and fitness levels. I left my 3 month old baby in the creche for the first time and have always been so thankful for the service they provide - for free!!
